     Welcome. Glad to see you here! I am Kesha Patel; owner of A Dash of Kesh Catering and this is the place where I share my passion with the world - delicious recipes. I was born in Gujarat, India but grew up in the United States and currently, I live in Edison, NJ with my family. My hobbies include cooking, baking, traveling, sketching, and watching various cooking shows. I like to enjoy varieties of cuisines and learn about different cultures.
    My passion and experimenting in cooking started as a casual hobby for summer nights while in high school and it has grown into a full blown business now. Apart from my food blog, I also work as a Pharmacy Tech. I enjoy working as a Pharmacy Tech but becoming a full-time Chef has been my ultimate goal since I was 10 years old. While sitting at home during COVID-19 lockdown, I thought about starting a food blog and here I am sharing my thoughts, ideas, and recipes to you all. I hope you will enjoy my recipes.
